Get ready for an exciting and productive week!  Please note the following:

1. Report @ 8am tomorrow ON STAGE with your FLIP FOLDER, filled with music. You should download and print all pregame, halftime, and stands music, in addition to the brand new “Bees Warmup.”  All are found on the Sheet Music page (check Part Assignments to ensure you are downloading the correct part).

2. Remember your money and order form for the Subway Fundraiser, if you would like to have a sub for lunch on Tuesday.  We will have extra order forms if yours was lost.  All subs are $4, except turkey, which is $4.50 (parents, if you eat at Subway on Tuesday, the band earns 15% of the purchase price!  I will be sending out a flyer tomorrow.)

3. We are in need of a few anonymous Participation Fee Donors… if you would like to donate toward another student’s fee, and give someone the gift of being able to participate in band, please let me know.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated!

5. Don’t forget the following:

  • Lunch
  • Sunscreen
  • Water
  • Athletic Shoes
  • Appropriate attire for the weather

  • Wear your black band T-shirt
  • Wear black socks
  • Wear black band shoes (if you do not yet have your Dinkles, wear dark shoes and we can “hide” your feet in the group photo)
  • Bring your picture form if you would like to make a purchase

Students will dress in full uniform upon arrival (MINUS hats, gloves, or instruments), and will meet in the Auditorium to line up.  We will go down to the stadium by height.  After the large group photo, small group and individual photos will be taken (we will be finished at approximately 10:30 am).

Summer Uniform Exchange – If you need to exchange any part of your summer uniform, please bring it with you.  Mrs. Losi will be here first thing in the morning to make exchanges.

Tuesday, 8/12 – SENIORS (6:00-7:30); JUNIORS (7:30-9:00)

Wednesday, 8/13 – SOPHOMORES (6:00-7:30); FRESHMEN (7:30-9:00)

  • Parent Volunteers are still needed to help! There is also a need for “hemmers” to pitch in after the fittings. Please contact Julie Luber at luberjacks@cox.net.


This year, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover will be accepted at checkout (American Express is not accepted at this time). You may also use a Debit Card, provided it has a MasterCard or VISA logo. A minimal service charge will be added to your total, to cover the cost of the transaction.

Upon checkout, the credit card number will be keyed directly into PayPal’s “Virtual Terminal,” via a secure connection. No credit card numbers will be recorded or saved.

  • **Please note – Credit Cards can NOT be used for the $130 Participation Fee (this fee is paid directly to BBHHS, rather than to Band Boosters), so a check will be needed.  If you would like to pay the Participation Fee online beforehand, you may do so at http://www.bbhcsd.org/online-fee-payment (if you do this, please bring your receipt with you).

  • Accessories: Yard signs, Spirit Wear, Uniform parts, Lyre/Flip Folder, etc.
