Greetings, Parents and Students —

It is time to launch our primary halftime show for the 2014 season: “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!” Each tune features an important figure in the history of Rock, who has been inducted into Cleveland’s own Rock Hall.

Additional Notes:

REMIND: if you have not yet done so, please register for these free text and/or email updates:

PARTICIPATION FEE DONORS: If any band families are willing to serve as an anonymous donor, paying this fee for someone in a difficult financial situation, please email me. Your generosity is always extremely appreciated! Many thanks.

CALENDAR: Please remember, we now have a Google Calendar on the schedule page, which includes everything that is on the Band Schedule, and will always reflect the most current updates or changes.

Over the next few weeks, we expect that you will download this music and begin working on it, as well as our traditional pregame repertoire. I will be in touch again as Pre-Camp approaches… until then, enjoy the remainder of your summer!

Thank you,
Jason Wyse

CONGRATULATIONS to the new Leadership of the 14-15 Marching Bees!

Thank you to all who applied.  As always, there are many qualified candidates, and a limited number of available positions.  If you did not receive an “official” leadership position, please know that you will still lead by example within the band, regardless of title.  The positive attitude, work ethic, and enthusiasm of every member is critical to our success!

Band Leadership Results

We are pleased to announce that Rory Gallagher (percussionist, Class of 2015) has decided to partner with the Band program in pursuit of his Eagle Scout ranking!  For his project, Rory will be constructing new cabinets in the Band Room to house our marching percussion instruments and equipment.  There is an expense involved, and he is requesting donations…  Please click on the link below for information on the project, and how to donate.

Donations of any amount are appreciated… however, a donation of $25.00 or higher will allow you to dedicate a space on a plaque that will be attached to the new lockers.  THANK YOU for helping Rory, and supporting the Band!
