CSU Performance – Thurs, 2/22 @ 7pm

On Thursday, February 22, the BBHHS Concert Winds & Wind Ensemble will share a concert with the Cleveland State University Symphonic Wind Ensemble!  The performance will be held in Waetjen Auditorium, on the campus of CSU, beginning at 7:00 pm.  Admission is FREE.

The concert theme is “We Shall Overcome,” with the CSU Symphonic Wind Ensemble performing music in honor of Black History Month, and with an uplifting message for us all.

  • 4:45 – CALL TIME @ BBHHS
    • Concert Dress
    • Eat a good dinner before you come!
  • 5:00 – Departure
  • 5:30 – Arrive @ CSU, sound check on stage
  • 7:00 – Performance begins
  • 8:30 (approx) – performance concludes
  • 9:00 (approx) – return to BBHHS

Building Location:

The CSU Music and Communications building is located on the South-east corner of Eu-clid Avenue and E 21st Street in downtown Cleveland, Oh. You will want to approach the building on East 21st Street, which is a one-way street going south from Carnegie Avenue. Visitor Parking:

Visitor Parking is available in the Central Parking Garage, which is just north of the Music and Communications Building. The entrance will be on your right just before you reach the building. You will want to use the center lane to access visitor parking. Visitor Parking is $2 for the first hour and $1 every hour thereafter. Free concert parking is available starting one-hour prior to the concert.

Audience Members:

The hall usually opens at least 15-minutes prior to the performance. We also schedule a 15-minute intermission during the concert to reset the stage for the second ensemble. Restrooms are located on the bottom level, either down a few steps and then to the left, or down the ramp and then to the right.
